MKF Realty LLC provides timely financing to fund new construction, commercial properties, apartment buildings, loan purchases, vacant land acquisitions, renovations, and mixed–use properties. We lend in the greater Philadelphia market, New Jersey, great New York City area, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. The minimum loan amount is $ 1 million.

Our typical loan is 12 months plus extension options pre–payable at any time with a 6 month interest payment. Loans are priced at a fixed interest rate ranging from 14% to 16% with a 2% origination fee. This pricing is subject to change depending on the transaction risk.
